Marketing department
Everything we do begins with the customer. It is important to be attentive to the wishes of consumers and the problems they face. And this must then be translated into solutions. Our marketing department does this every day in tandem with the sales department. We continuously search for the best solutions for the problems of our customers.
R&D department
Our R&D department is continually occupied with the streamlining of the production line and the development of new products and applications. Important assumptions are the changing wishes (in terms of people’s residential needs and desires as well as in other fields) of consumers in Europe, and the demands of legislation as well as the social pressure for energy-saving and reducing CO2 emissions. We work intensively to reach these and other goals together with other bodies at home and abroad.
Production
Our specialists efficiently design and produce equipment and component parts (including the heat exchangers, the heart of our ventilation units) in our own facility. Brink ventilation units and air heaters are available in various capacity ratings and finishes. As you would expect, these are supplied with the air distribution system and other equipment, where required. Every part is pre-fabricated and perfectly matched to the other parts, so installation is both efficient and problem-free.
Purchasing Department
Together with our suppliers and the R&D Department, we are continuously putting in an effort to obtain the highest quality procurement components at the optimum price (Total Cost of Ownership). In addition to knowledge and expertise, criteria such as Corporate Social Responsibility and CO2 reduction programmes are major criteria when selecting suppliers. With several of our suppliers we have concluded partnership agreements. In addition, the department is responsible for ordering the required procurement components.
Service
Ventilation system quality plays an important role for Brink. The appliances and parts are continually inspected during the production process, and are all CE-approved. In addition we are also ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. If, for whatever reason at all, there is something wrong with any of our products, our customers can turn to our own service department, which supports them in solving any problems that may arise.
Consulting
We have a separate department that deals with consulting and advice, with wide experience in ventilation system design. Our staff undergo continuous training in the latest installation innovations and domestic legislation. We can give you the advice you need, with quality as the core assumption.
